The Office of Major Infrastructure Delivery is delivering a fit-for-purpose facility from which the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) can deliver the state’s biosecurity laboratory services and operations, as well as primary industries research and development and agricultural resource management.

DPIRD plays a critical role in safeguarding Western Australia’s biosecurity, protecting and enhancing market access and driving innovation across agriculture and food sectors, and new, modern infrastructure is essential in ensuring these capabilities remain strong and future-ready.
