Freedom of Information
The Freedom of Information Act 1992 allows members of the public to request access to documents and information held by the Office of Major Infrastructure Delivery (OMID), subject to certain exemptions and limitations.
At present, FOI applications relating to OMID are managed through the Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure’s Freedom of Information portal, where you can lodge requests and find guidance on the application process.
